stranger(')(s) land(s)

And a stranger thought hadn't occurred:
What if this land was lost - hypocritically.
If it were just you and I together,
we vicariously lived freely,
as though waves drove us crazy about sunset.
Driving casually seaside,
running free ideas with rhymes,
singing peace curry & wine,
dining like kings.
Hurried soup drivers rarely stay on winding roads,
because Responsibility brings creative continuations

caught tangled
mangling only order
carrying mountains
living strong

bravely even
STEPHEN, robert, john
who else but young men that choose to live or die
carried by their fathers,
told 'worlds beyond these require your life'

strife pain suffering
buffering a newer, smarter generation
then
stopped robbed
borrowed
nothing left
blue
red
right
wrong

songs spiraling notes wrote lyrics sung
passionately
brilliantly
effortlessly into the abyss.

NIGHT there dragged...
Fear wheeled bodies
dripping, cursing, worsening
through clinics, fields
reels of tape...

Rape still happened
at home.

Homeless lined streets
fully spent
days sleeping in cardboard
dreamt: 'ceilings' 'shelter'.

Starving so problematic --
forgot: 'eatting keeps me alive'
burning shadeless without trees
scars my heart..

Fights continue
rocks thrown..

I'd always preferred rocking out,

rolling around grounding breath

yoga, cartwheels, bubbles, surfing...

Freedom comes openly
awash drifting windowscreens
invisibly air lifted vessels
lighting evenings turning twilights transcending dusks

fishing frothy drinks off barstools
bliss drooling ignorance
